A Proven Track Record | |
1995 Is Looking Good | |
For PRUDENTIAL CLIENTS we have three new funds coming out in early 1995. They are the Mortgage fund, the U.S Equity fund and the one I like and had some input in getting, the INTERNATIONAL fund. For clients with unregistered funds the International fund will have outstanding growth next year. Here is why: In 1998 we came out with a new fund the NATURAL RESOURCES fund. We were heading into a recession at that time, not a good time to own stocks, but this fund made 23 percent that year. The reason was because 1,000 agents were selling mostly life insurance then, had a new product to sell and the sheer volume was enough to make he fund take off in a down market.
Now the timing is perfect for International funds as the Global economy comes out of the recession, not only will these funds increase in value, because of the market, but they should increase because again, 1,000 agents have a new product to help clients with. Also we must factor in that PRUDENTIAL agents now have larger books of business in investments, and the smart ones will want to move their clients into the INTERNATIONAL FUNDS away from the Quebec situation. We also sometime in 1995 will have Mutual funds for our TAX SHELTERS. Merry Christmas

The Quebec situation and inflation fears in the U.S will cause some volatility in interest rates and that in turn the same in stocks and bonds for the first half of 1995.
