Prior to joining ”The Prudential“ Dan worked as a mechanic out of Windsor, Ontario.  In June of 1982 he decided to make a career change and looked into the insurance industry.

He moved to Kincardine and set up an office in his home.  However, it was not until 1986 that his career turned around and he realized that he was not just an ”employee“ but rather this was his business and his to build upon.

He focused on the Mutual Funds and is widely respected in the Southern Bruce County.  He is very knowledgeable in the fund market and writes a monthly column for the local magazine, ”The Bruce Marketplace“.  Due to his large success, it was necessary for Dan to move his business from his home and open his own office.  In 1994, he reached MDRT and was #3 for Prudential in total sales in Canada.  He was #1 in Mutual Funds sales, which earned him the honor of Executive Vice President.  In 1995, he was #3 again in Canada for total sales and #2 in Funds sales and is well on his way to MDRT in 1996.  Dan is a perennial leader in Mutual Funds.

Dan Tiffin is also a widely respected member of his community.  He sponsors a number of hockey teams, as well as being an avid player.  He is very interested in Civil War history and maintains a very large impressive collection of lead soldiers.

When Dan speaks on Funds, he speaks of which he knows and from his past experience, he is someone who should definitely be listened to.
